Hong Kong Food

Last Hong Kong post - I promise!

As we were traveling with friends, I was hugely outnumbered (with my family included) on the choice of food.  I ate more burgers that week (3 total) than I have in the last year.  My friend and I were able to break out for a day and so we headed to Luk Yu, which is a famous Dim Sum restaurant in Hong Kong.  Follow my logic here:

Hong Kong = most famous locale for Dim Sum in the world
Luk Yu = most famous Dim Sum restaurant for Dim Sum in Hong Kong
Therefore, Luk Yu = most famous restaurant for Dim Sum in the world!!!!!!!   Oh yeah!

Anyway, it was excellent food.  There were some posts on trip advisor from travelers saying the service was terrible, but honestly that's China.  My friend and I agreed that those travelers weren't used to the standard.

Round 1.

A shot of the tea house, Luk Yu.

This is a typical food court scene in a mall.  Food made right there in front of you.

Beer at Hard Rock Cafe.
